Saleem S. Rizvi

Saleem Rizvi is an eminent attorney of South-Asian heritage based in New York. He is also a well-regarded writer, TV host and commentator on legal and international affairs. He is the Principal Attorney and Founder of Rizvi Law Group. Mr. Rizvi has been practicing law in New York since 1990. After receiving his Bachelor of Laws, and Master of Arts degrees in Political Science and History from the University of Punjab, Pakistan, Saleem Rizvi came to the United States to pursue advanced education in law. His admission to the prestigious Columbia Law School afforded him the opportunity to expand his academic horizon and sharpen his legal skills in the area of international law. Since his admission as Attorney at Law in New York in 1990, Mr. Rizvi has developed a diverse practice covering corporate law, commercial law, family law, real estate law, bankruptcy law, and immigration law. He is also recognized for his litigating skills. Mr. Rizvi represents foreign corporations, government agencies, private and public business entities, professionals and individuals. In addition, he has successfully represented numerous overseas investors who have made substantial investments in the Unites States and consequently obtained their lawful immigration status. Mr. Rizvi is deeply involved in community affairs. Due to his deep understanding of American society and his extensive interaction with the South Asian Diaspora for over 30 years, he has developed a unique perspective on their multi-faceted issues. He has organized, participated, and lectured at many seminars and conferences on legal matters for the general public. He frequently writes on legal issues for newspapers and professional periodicals. Saleem Rizvi hosts two highly popular TV program, shown on Dish Network throughout the US. In his live TV shows, he presents his legal analyses on hot button issues relating to law and justice and answers viewers’ questions on a variety of legal matters. He has appeared on many television networks such as BBC, ABC and CNN, on community and global issues. TV New Zealand made a short documentary on his experiences as a Pakistani American in the aftermath of 9/11 In recognition of his community services, Honorable Ed Towns presented Mr. Rizvi with a Congressional award, and his services were recognized and noted in the Congressional Record.

Michael Ronemus

Michael B. Ronemus has extensive experience in litigation covering a wide range of legal areas. Because of his medical school education, he is uniquely qualified in the areas of medical malpractice and personal injury. In his more than 20 years of practice, he has achieved an impressive record of success, having tried more than a hundred cases to verdict and winning millions in compensation for his clients. After earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado in 1977, he attended Vanderbilt University Medical School and then enrolled in the New York University School of Law where he received his J.D. in 1983. In 1984 Mr. Ronemus became licensed to practice law in New York and Massachusetts. He was admitted in Connecticut in 1987. Before becoming a partner with Ronemus & Vilensky, Mr. Ronemus was an assistant district attorney in Brooklyn, New York, an associate with Landau & Miller, and in private practice. Currently, Mr. Ronemus is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, and the New York State Bar Association/Medical Malpractice Committee. Mr. Ronemus has lectured for the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and The Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association on topics including motor vehicle law, insurance law, negligent security cases, and medical malpractice.

Ronemus & Vilensky has been providing outstanding legal advice and representation to his clients for nearly 25 years. His vast legal knowledge enables him to accurately assess a case and recommend the most effective legal action, accounting for the impressive results for his clients. A summa cum laude graduate of the State University of New York, Cortland, Mr. Vilensky earned his law degree (magna cum laude) in 1980 from the University of Dayton, where he served on the Law Review editorial staff and was chief of the Litigation Support Team. Before becoming a partner with Ronemus & Vilensky, Mr. Vilensky worked with reputable law firms in New York, including Paul Rheingold and Queller & Fisher, honing his skills in medical malpractice, lead poisoning, and complex torts. Mr. Vilensky has written extensively for the New York Law Journal and The Trial Lawyers Quarterly. His articles have covered a wide range of topics having to do with federal and state law issues related to serious injury cases. Licensed to practice in the state of New York, Mr. Vilensky holds memberships in many professional organizations, including The Association of Trial Lawyers of the City of New York, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and The American Bar Association. Mr. Vilensky has been asked to speak at functions conducted by the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, The Brooklyn Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the Lorman Education Services on topics including medical records, lead poisoning, trial tactics, anatomy and physiology, and legal discovery.
